Blocked Drains
Please ensure that no food (rice, bits of pasta etc) gets passed down the waste water drain, as the sink is blocking on a regular basis. Please dispose of food waste in the bin.

Storage Units
Due to tenant changes (Rachel and Mihaela moving out) , we also have some changes to users of the storage facility in the garden. We have three new storage users to be aware of, as they will access the units via the garden.
Shared Furniture
Please be aware that the shared furniture (dining room chairs, lounge tables) are not for personal use in your rooms. If you move these items into your room, unfortunately others are not able to use them. Please can you ensure all shared furniture and garden furniture remains insitu so all tenants can make use of them.
Boosting The Hot Water
Please follow the instruction emailed to all tenants in March 2022. If you have any problems with boosting the hot water, please use the contact email form on the website.
